Filipe Melo is the baker and the creator of the bread that he calls "biocraft", because it is made entirely by hand, with a natural yeast (and longer) time, with biological and high quality flours.
At the end of the process, which takes two days, the bread becomes more nutritious, less sugar, easier digestion and which is preserves good longer.
'Pão Nosso' has twelve varieties of bread, including spelled, kamut, rice, carob, oats and rye, among others.
Filipe spent months investigating about bread and experiencing recipes at home, as he felt he did not have access to good bread, until he decided to create the 'Pão Nosso'.
