In her own first restaurant, chef Tânia Durão shows creative cuisine, focused on product and technique, with a tasting menu that follows the spirit of the time, elegant and harmonious. The name she chose to the restaurant is an omen of what she promises to do there: “I dare to introduce and show new ingredients and confections”.
